5/3/09 Brushy Mountain
Result: 7th place
The day started out with alot of rain.  I got a second place start and was having a good day when I got stuck on a hill behind a lapped rider.  That put me back to 7th where I finished the race. 

5/17/09 Devil's Ridge, Sanford
Result: 3rd place
The day started off with very good race conditions.  I grabbed another holeshot and led for a while until I settled in to third place.  All was good until the second hour when the rains came.  The perfect conditions very quickly changed to a full out mud race.  I stayed strong and held on to my third place. 

6/7/09 Flat Rock
Result: 10th place
The day started off with great weather.  The track had received 9 inches of rain the previous week so the track was for sure going to be tough.  I nailed the holeshot and led a while until going down very hard on lap three.  It rung my bell and twisted up my front end on my bike.  That ended my day with a 10th place finish.  I'm glad I don't have many days like this!

6/14/09 County Line
Result: 3rd place
It was a perfect day, weatherwise.  The track conditions were perfect.  I grabbed my pattened holeshot and took the lead until I was passed by Glen Kearney and National SX/MX Star Josh Summey.  I had one of the best rides of the season today staying strong and keeping 3rd all the way to the end.

April 19, 2009 NCHSA round 2 - Twin Oaks

The weather was good with some overcast skies.  I had another awesome start to my race by grabbing the hole shot on large 15 Pro row. 

This is one of the most fun tracks I have ever rode.  It was a very technical track, and I loved it.  I battled in between 3rd and 6th all day.

  I ended up being strong at the end with a 3rd place finish.

April 5, 2009 NCHSA round 1 - Daniels Ridge

The weather was great for the opening round.  The day started great for me as I grabbed the hole shot on a stacked Pro line of 12 racers.

The first half of the race was pretty good as I stayed in the top 3.

Then about halfway through, I started feeling sick.  In the end, I still held on to a 4th race finish.  Not a great start to the season, but I got a decent finish.
